An intraoral scanning device and a scanning method are provided. The device includes a projector, a cube splitting module, a reflection module, an image sensor and a processor. The projector projects a line laser. The cube splitting module is disposed on a projection path of the projector. The reflection module is disposed on a side of the cube splitting module opposite to the projector, and is disposed on the projection path of the projector for reflecting the line laser to an object. The object is disposed on an image sensing path of the image sensor, and the image sensor captures an image corresponding to the object.
