An object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of easily producing crystals of compound (I) on an industrial scale, and a stable lyophilized composition of compound (I). By freeze-drying an aqueous solution containing Compound (I) and an inorganic salt such as sodium chloride, a freeze-dried composition having excellent storage stability in which Compound (I) is a crystal can be obtained. Even without this, it was found that crystals of compound (I) can be obtained from the aqueous solution.本発明は、工業的スケールで、簡便に化合物（Ｉ）の結晶を製造することができる方法、及び化合物（Ｉ）の安定な凍結乾燥組成物を提供することを目的とする。 化合物（Ｉ）と塩化ナトリウムなどの無機塩を含む水溶液を凍結乾燥することで、化合物（Ｉ）が結晶である保存安定性に優れた凍結乾燥組成物が得られること、また、凍結乾燥をしなくとも、当該水溶液から化合物（Ｉ）の結晶が得られることを見出した。
