The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a bolus using a three-dimensional printer, which scans the head of a patient using a three-dimensional scanner, models a scanned file to design a wanted bolus, and manufactures the designed bolus using the three-dimensional printer and the bolus manufactured using the three-dimensional printer. The method of the present invention comprises: a step in which an apparatus for manufacturing the bolus operates the three-dimensional scanner to scan a partial region of the body of the patient including a radiation dose irradiated region of the patient a step in which the apparatus selects the radiation dose irradiated region from the scanned body region, and forming a bolus shape that is in close contact with the radiation dose irradiated region a step in which the apparatus forms a hole a predetermined location of the bolus shape and a step in which the apparatus operates the three-dimensional printer to manufacture a bolus having a hole-formed bolus shape.
