To provide a replacement brush for an electric tooth-brush in which vibration is hard to be transmitted to an oral cavity part other than the cleaning purpose while maintaining a high cleaning power, a feeling of use is superior, and safety is also superior.SOLUTION: A replacement brush for an electric tooth-brush is structured as follows: a "replacement brush outer shell (8)" for forming the primary exterior appearance of a replacement brush body is connected with a "bristle transplanting base (3)" formed by transplanting a bundle of filament in a swingable state of the bristle transplanting base (3) to the replacement brush outer shell (8) without being affixed； and the bristle transplanting base (3) is vibrated, swung, rotated or positively reversed by using the driving force of an electric tooth-brush body (1).
