A fastening system comprising: a medical device having an elongated body； a stabilizing device having a holder and a fixing gasket, the holder having a proximal side, a distal side and an upper side； wherein a recess and a channel are located in the holder, which extends from the recess to the proximal side the holder, and at least part of the elongated body is located inside the recess and passes through the channel outside the proximal side of the holder. The fastening system according to claim 1, wherein the holder has at least one adhesive surface. The fastening system according to claim 2, wherein the adhesive surface is located at least on a portion of the upwardly facing surface of the holder. The fastening system according to claim 3, wherein the adhesive surface is adapted to be glued to the distal portion of the elongated body. The fastening system of claim 2, wherein the adhesive surface is in contact with at least a portion of the elongated body. The fastening system according to claim 1, wherein the transverse width of the channel is less than the transverse width of the recess. The fastening system according to claim 1, wherein the holder comprises at least one support made to contact the proximal front surface of the elongated body to prevent the elongated body from moving at least in the proximal direction. The fastening system according to claim 7, wherein said at least one support is located between the recess and the channel. The fastening system according to claim 1, wherein the holder further comprises a support located at a distance from the channel and configured to contact the distal front surface of the elongated1.
