PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swallowing movement measurement device which is easily miniaturized and made light in weight and is easy to handle.SOLUTION: A swallowing movement measurement device 2 is for measuring movements of a pharyngeal region when swallowing a medicine or food or drink, and includes a mounting part 5 to be mounted so as to cover a neck region of a subject and a capacitance sensor 4 provided in the mounting part to be brought into contact with a surface of either thyroid cartilage or sternomastoid muscle peripheral part of the subject when the mounting part is mounted.
