Disclosed is a driving control apparatus for driving control of an agricultural working vehicle loaded with a hydro static transmission (HST). The driving control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a linkage lever installed around a steering handle or a driver&primes seat a foot-operated HST pedal which is installed on a floor of the driver&primes seat, and is inputted with operating force for gear shifting control of the hydro static transmission and an interlocking link assembly which controls interlocking between the HST pedal and an engine governor at middle in accordance with the manipulation of an interlocking lever.
