The present invention confirms that a cell growth factor (EGF) is effective for promoting expression of a collagen gene (Col1A1 mRNA) in human dermal fibroblasts in skin and reducing wrinkles. According to the experiment, the EGF is determined as a material helps for skin elasticity and wrinkle reduction.
