PURPOSE: A method of inducing plasma barrier discharge is provided to generate barrier discharge at low costs.CONSTITUTION: Plasma gas discharge is generated by using a high voltage Tesla coil in a plasma glass tube with inert gas. The generated plasma gas discharge is uniformly discharged by being connected to charcoal and making a whole charcoal area as a discharge surface. One or more containers with the charcoal, which is connected to the plasma gas discharge by a conducting wire, are installed.
