PURPOSE: An apparatus for filling linger bags is provided to improve the quality and productivity of complete products by introducing an automation system into a process for filling the linger bags with linger liquid. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filling linger bags comprises a main body(10), a liquid medicine injecting unit(30), and a cap feeding unit(40). The main body has a conveyor(17) for transferring the linger bags. The liquid medicine injection unit inserts a nozzle into an injection port of the linger bags and injects a predetermined amount of linger liquid through the nozzle. The cap feeding unit feeds caps to be coupled to the injection port of the linger bags. The main body comprises a one-liquid frame(11) for filling with the linger liquid through one injection port of the linger bags； and a two-liquid frame(12) for filling with the linger liquid through two injection ports of the linger bags. A liquid medicine injection unit comprises an elevating block, a feeding pipe, and a recovery pipe. The feeding pipe is connected to the elevating block in order to send the fixed amount of the linger liquid to the nozzle.
