Provided is a humanized or chimeric antibody or fragment thereof capable of binding to interleukin-10 (IL-10), wherein said antibody or fragment thereof: (i) binds to the same region of IL-10 as the IL-10 receptor α (IL-I10Ra) and is not capable of binding IL-10 when the IL-10 is bound to the IL- 10 receptor； and (ii) binds to IL-10 in homodimeric form by binding a discontinuous epitope comprising residues of both monomers. Further provided are related products and methods involving the use of the antibody or fragment thereof.Se proporciona un anticuerpo humanizado o quimérico o su fragmento, capaz de ligar a interleucina-10 (IL-10), en donde el anticuerpo o su fragmento: (i) liga a la misma región de IL-10 que el receptor IL-10a (IL-10Ra) y no es capaz de ligar IL-10 cuando IL-10 se liga al receptor IL-10； y (ii) liga a IL-10 en forma homodimérica para enlazar un epítopo discontinuo que comprende residuos de ambos monómeros.
