PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing several kinds of flake ices showing a substantial uniform salinity concentration and different freezing points.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a flake ice manufacturing device 10. A drum 11 comprises an inner cylinder 22, an outer cylinder 23 enclosing the inner cylinder 22, and a clearance 24 formed between the inner cylinder 22 and the outer cylinder 23. A refrigerant supplying part 29 supplies refrigerant to the clearance 24. A rotating shaft 12 is rotated with a center axis of the drum 11 being applied as an axis. An injection part 13 is rotated together with the rotating shaft 12 to inject brine toward an inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 22.
