The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating premature ejaculation comprising solifenacin as an active ingredient. Specifically, it was confirmed that patients suffering from premature ejaculation were delayed by administering Vesicare, containing solifenacin as a main ingredient to be used as a treatment for irritable bladder symptoms, to patients suffering from premature ejaculation and overactive bladder symptoms together, and thus the solifenacin may be useful as a pharmaceutical composition or food composition for preventing and treating the premature ejaculation.본 발명은 솔리페나신(solifenacin)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조루증 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 과민성방광 증상의 치료제로 사용되고 있는 솔리페나신(solifenacin)이 주성분인 베시케어를 조루증과 과민성방광 증상을 함께 겪고 있는 환자들에게 투여하여, 조루증을 겪고 있는 환자들에게서 사정이 지연됨을 확인함으로써, 상기 솔리페나신은 조루증의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
