PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band improved in production efficiency when printed on the surface thereof in spite of having a long and thin strip shape.SOLUTION: The wrist band has: three strip-shaped body parts 10a-10c parallel to one another and two strip-shaped band parts 11a, 11b parallel to the two body parts 10a, 10c which are arranged on the outermost sides of the body parts 10a-10c respectively. The body parts 10a-10c are respectively connected to those adjacent to each other so as to be foldable in a ridge-folding state. The band parts 11a, 11b are respectively connected to the body parts 10a, 10c at areas of the sides of the end parts different from each other in a longitudinal direction of the body parts 10a-10c of the side parts of the body parts 10a, 10c parallel to each other so as to be foldable in a ridge-folding state, and are respectively provided with proposed ridge-folding lines 14a, 14b extending to the side parts opposite to the band parts 11a, 11b from the end parts at the longitudinal center side of the end parts of the proposed ridge-folding lines 13a, 13b to which the body parts 10a, 10c are connected so as to be foldable in a ridge-folding state.
