PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for use in combination with an ultrasound imaging system including an ultrasound probe.SOLUTION: A device for use in combination with an ultrasound imaging system including an ultrasound probe, comprises a housing, a holder, a duct for conveying a conductive gel, and control means. The housing comprises a body, a handle and an accommodation space. The main body is extended from a first end to a second end along a first axis, and the holder can hold the ultrasound probe, can hold a hand-held ultrasound probe therein, and can slide along the first axis within the accommodation space.
