A device (10) to transport one or more medical instruments (1 1), both before and after they have been used, comprises a container (12), a bag (32, 132) to contain the medical instrument (1 1) and a lid (26). The container (12) comprises lateral walls (14) to define an internal containing seating (25) and which have upper ends (16) that delimit a first aperture (18) through which the bag (32, 132) is inserted into the seating (25) of the container (12). The upper ends (16) comprise a first edge (34) inside the seating (25) and shaped to cooperate with a mating upper margin (35) of the bag (32) so as to define a selectively releasable attachment of the bag (32, 132) and the container (12), and a second edge (36), in a position outside the first edge (34) with respect to the internal seating (25), the second edge (36) cooperating with the lid (26) in order to close the container (12).Linvention concerne un dispositif (10) pour transporter au moins un instrument médical (11), avant et après lutilisation.
