The present invention relates to an apparatus for correcting a substance classification algorithm using X-ray computed tomography which can correct coefficients for use in the substance classification algorithm by obtaining an transmission image for an angle of a target object for correction by use of X-ray multiple energy, and reconstructing the computed tomography through the obtained transmission image. The apparatus according to the present invention includes an X-ray generator for irradiating the X-ray of at least two different multiple energies a plurality of target objects for correction installed at a position spaced apart from the X-ray generator at a given distance and irradiated with the X-ray emitted from the X-ray generator a rotating member for rotating the target object for correction at a constant speed a linear array detector installed at a side opposite to the X-ray generator with respect to the target object for correction and sequentially obtaining the transmission image of the target objects for correction for every energy and a correction unit for extracting the transmission image for every angle from the transmission image obtained by the linear array detector and reconstructing the computed tomography from the transmission image for every angle to correct the coefficient of the substance classification algorithm based on the computed tomography.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 X-선 다중에너지(multiple energy)를 이용하여 교정용 피검체의 각도별 투과 영상을 획득하고, 이 획득된 투과 영상을 통해 단층영상을 재구성하여 물질분별 알고리즘에 사용되는 계수를 교정할 수 있도록 한 물질 분별 알고리즘 교정 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 X-선 단층 촬영을 이용한 물질 분별 알고리즘 교정 장치는, 서로 다른 2개 이상의 다중에너지의 X-선을 방출하는 X-선 발생부와 상기 X-선 발생부로부터 일정 거리 이격된 위치에 설치되며, 상기 X-선 발생부로부터 방출된 X-선이 조사되는 복수개의 교정용 피검체와 상기 교정용 피검체를 일정한 속도로 회전시키는 회동수단과 상기 교정용 피검체를 기준으로 상기 X-선 발생부의 반대편에 설치되어 각각의 에너지마다 상기 교정용 피검체들의 투과영상을 연속적으로 획득하는 선형어레이검출기와 상기 선형어레이검출기에 의해 획득된 투과영상으로부터 각도별 투과영상을 추출하고, 각도별 투과영상으로부터 단층영상을 재구성하여 단층영상 기반의 물질분별 알고리즘의 계수를 보정하는 교정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
