PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant buried hole formation auxiliary device which surely prevents an implant buried hole from being formed beyond a desired maximum depth regardless of the use of a surgical guide in forming the implant buried hole by using a rotary instrument such as a drill, can be used by a dentist by mounting the dental implant buried hole formation auxiliary device on the rotary instrument such as a hand piece and the drill already owned by the dentist, and is easy to handle.SOLUTION: A dental implant buried hole formation auxiliary device includes a stopper member (a guide stopper 20) having through-holes (a first through-hole 21, a second through-hole 22) where a rotary instrument such as a drill 30 can be inserted. The stopper member makes contact with a facing end part on a side of a hand piece 10 on which the rotary instrument inserted in the through-holes is mounted or with a spacer 40 provided between the facing end part and the stopper member to prevent an implant buried hole from exceeding a desired maximum depth.
