PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling device of a working vehicle, capable of performing the regulation of its rolling action, while avoiding the enlargement of regulating tools as regulating the rolling action.SOLUTION: This traveling device of a working vehicle is provided by arranging the rolling-regulating tools 31, 32 for setting the rolling action limitation of a rolling arm 24 by acting and making a contact with the rolling arm 24, at the both sides of its rocking axial center Q.
