PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call clip to be used for hospitals and care facilities, etc.SOLUTION: The nurse call clip includes: a clip body 2 which has an upper tab piece 2a, where an upper holding part 2c is formed at the distal end, and a lower tab piece 2b, where a holding part 2d is formed at the distal end and a switch through-hole 21 is punctured, and also wherein the upper and lower tab pieces 2a, 2b are connected in a substantially H shape a switch body 3 which has electrodes 3b, 3c to be connected to a nurse call system via a code 3d, and is incorporated in the upper tab piece 2c, where a switch 3a is turned on in a downward projected state from the bottom surface of the upper holding part 2c and a spring 4 for connecting a lower surface in a slightly rear part from the center of the upper tab piece 2a to an upper surface in a slightly rear part from the center of the lower tab piece 2b. An upper holding aid 2e and a storage part 2k are attached to the upper holding part 2c, and a lower holding aid 2f is attached to the lower holding part 2d. Antislip parts 2j are formed in the rear parts of the upper and lower tab pieces 2a, 2b.
