Treating perspiration and optionally body odors related to human perspiration including axillary odors, comprises applying to the skin surface, preferably at axillary, at least one hydrophilic film-forming polymer and at least one non-pressure sensitive adhesive hydrophobic film-forming polymer, which are present in the same composition (A) or in two separate compositions (A1) and (A2).
