The present invention relates to a closed skin maintaining unit for operation in a skin closing apparatus. The closed skin maintaining unit includes a first backing sheet, a first adhesive sheet member, a second adhesive sheet member, a second backing sheet, and an anchor part. The first backing sheet is fixed to a skin. The first adhesive sheet member is fixed to a top surface of the first backing sheet. The second adhesive sheet member is connected with the first adhesive sheet member, folded in use and bonded to the top surface of the first adhesive sheet member. The second backing sheet is fixed to a skin opposite to the first backing sheet. The anchor part is fixed to the second backing sheet to allow the second backing sheet to approach the first backing sheet when the second adhesive sheet member is stretched to the first adhesive sheet member. According to the closed skin maintaining unit for operation in the skin closing apparatus of the present invention, the interval between the backing sheets attached in opposition to each other while interposing a closing line therebetween can be freely narrowed and widened. Accordingly, force transferred to a cutting portion of the skin may be decreased or increased according to situations. Accordingly, the closed skin maintaining unit excellently represents the functionality for the maintaining of the closed portion and may be stretched in a longitudinal direction of the closing line. When the closed skin maintaining unit is applied to the closed portion of a joint which must be inevitably moved, the adhesive power is not reduced even if long time elapses, so that the closed skin maintaining unit can be continuously used without the replacement with new one. In addition, since the closed skin maintain unit is neither cut nor broken, excellent endurance can be represented. The material of the closed skin maintaining unit is soft, so that the closed skin maintaining unit does not cause the injury to the skin or the clos
