PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately fix a relative angle of a bone screw and a holding part with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: A spinal fixation device 100 includes: a long bone screw 1, a part of which is embedded into a vertebra forming a spine and a holder part 2 capable of holding the bone screw and a rod R. The holder part includes an inner member 21 having a screw head arrangement part 211 where a screw head part 12 of the bone screw is arranged, and an outer member 22 having an inner surface part 221a capable of contacting an outer surface part 211d of the screw head arrangement part, and is configured so that a relative angle of the bone screw and the holder part is fixed by pressing the screw head part arranged at the screw head arrangement part with the inner surface part of the screw head arrangement part in a state that the inner surface part of the outer member is caused to contact the outer surface part of the screw head arrangement part.
