PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administration apparatus, a method of operating the same and an administration method that can effectively inhibit cell division of a malignant cell, reduce an adverse effect on a normal cell, and can further reduce burden on patients and medical staff members.SOLUTION: The administration apparatus to administer an inhibitory drug to the patient to inhibit cell division of the malignant cell includes: an administration unit 50 to administer the inhibitory drug into a body of the patient； an administration timing storage unit 11 to store an administration time to start an administration of the inhibitory drug； a time measuring unit 14 to measure a current time； and a control unit 15 to drive and control the administration unit so as to administer the inhibitory drug to the patient when the current time coincides with the administration time.
