A kind of prosthetic heart valve, such as tricuspid valve, it may include flexible membrane and frame. Frame could attach to the periphery in tricuspid valve aperture. Diaphragm can be attached to frame around a part of the periphery in aperture. Optionally, frame can be flexible. For example, frame can be elastically deflected between circular shape and/or ellipse and/or crescent shape. Optionally, the central area across aperture may not be present and be connected to the rigid strut rail part on opposite sides of frame. In some embodiments, diaphragm can be in domed shape during contraction.
