PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for a medical tube which can make it hard for a guide tube and an operation wire to be entangled with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An insertion device 10 includes: a housing 30 an operation wire 38 whose end is connected to an end part of a medical tube an operation handle 35 which a distal end of the operation wire 38 is connected to and bends an end part of the medical tube and a wire passage 43 provided inside the housing 30. To the wire passage 43, a guide tube 80 for joining the wire passage 43 to a prescribed passage of the medical tube is connected.
