The opening element (1, 50, 50', 80) comprises a first member (2, 82) which has a conduit (6, 86) extending therethrough for guiding a fluid (120) contained in the ampoule (118) through the first member (2, 82) and a second member (4, 52, 84) which is arranged at least partly inside or on the conduit (6, 86).
