<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fishing bank capable of preventing sliding and falling. <；P>；SOLUTION: The artificial fishing bank 1 provided on the sandy sea floor 21 includes a frame 5 having vertical and horizontal beams 3 and 4 and having a storage frame part 6 inside and a face plate 11 provided on the bottom of the frame 5 and extending outward from the frame 5. The artificial fishing bank 1 fixed stationarily on the bottom of the sea causes vibration by influence of a tidal current and receives such climbing power F that one of sides 5A of the frame 5 serves as the axis to float other sides upward. In contrast, a space between the face plate 11 provided to extend over the bottom and the sea floor 21 gets decompressed to cause the face plate 11 to be sucked by the sea floor 21, so that the climbing power F can be suppressed. In addition, when the artificial fishing bank 1 is placed on the sea floor 21, sand 22 on the sea floor 21 under the face plate 11 is sucked by the tidal current or the like, and an area of the face plate 11 is dug into a conical shape.
