The device for transdermal delivery comprises one handle and one chip, there is a skin-contacting surface and is moved by the drive unit. The fluid dosing structure causes a hole in the skin contacting surface and the vacuum entry port. We apply for polishing, electrode and microneedle with fluid dosing structure on the skin contacting surface so as to provide multiple functions of the tip. Before the fluid is returned and collected it is sent to the skin contacting surface by the fluid dosing structure to have it interact with the polishing electrode.
