A drive bar (140) is operably coupled to the movable handle (40) such that movement of the movable handle (40) between the initial and compressed positions effects longitudinal translation of the drive bar (140). The drive bar (140) further includes a coupling member (144) disposed at a distal end thereof. An end effector assembly (100) includes first and second jaw members (110, 120) movable between spaced-apart and approximated positions. Each jaw member (110, 120) defines a cam slot (1 14b, 124b). A cam pin (107) is slidably disposed within the cam slot (1 14b, 124b) of each of the jaw members (110, 120). The coupling member (144) is configured to releasably engage the cam pin (107) such that movement of the movable handle (40) between the initial position and the compressed position effects movement of the jaw members (110, 120) between the spaced-apart position and the approximated position.1/5 C.)
