The present invention relates to a bubble generator used in purse fishery. A net assembly is introduced into the seawater from a first vessel, the net assembly to be introduced is towed by a second vessel to surround the fish, and the net assembly is constricted and hauled to catch the fish. The bubble generator comprises: first powder comprising at least one of sodium hydrogen carbonate, calcium carbonate and sodium percarbonate； second powder comprising at least one of citric acid and boric acid； powder of calcium chloride； and metal powder having a specific gravity higher than that of the first powder. Bubbles are generated by a reaction between the seawater and the first powder and a reaction between the first powder and the second powder.본 발명은, 제1 선박으로부터 그물 조립체를 해수에 투입하고 투입되는 그물 조립체를 제2 선박에 의해 견인하여 어류를 포위하여 그물 조립체를 조이면서 양망함으로써 어류를 포획하는 선망 어업에서 사용하는 것인 본 발명의 기포 발생체에 관한 것으로서, 탄산수소나트륨, 탄산칼슘 및 과탄산나트륨 중의 어느 하나 이상의 성분으로 이루어지는 제1 분말, 구연산과 붕산 중의 어느 하나 이상의 성분으로 이루어지는 제2 분말, 염화 칼슘의 분말 및 제1 분말보다 비중이 높은 금속의 분말로 이루어지고, 해수에 투입 시에 침강하면서 해수와 제1 분말 사이의 반응 및 제1 분말과 제2 분말의 반응에 의해 기포를 생성하는 것이다.
