PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube stuffing device of a granular body capable of easily executing a work to stuff a granular body such as soil in a tubular bag.SOLUTION: A tube stuffing device 10 of soil comprises: wheels 22 rotary blades 44 a cover section 41 and a forced feeding pipe 42. The wheels 22 are driven by an engine 21 to carry an entire device forward. The rotary blades 44 are driven by the engine 21 to scrape soil in the ground and to throw the same upward. The cover section 41 guides the thrown soil to a front edge section of the forced feeding pipe 42. The forced feeding pipe 42 forcedly transports the guided soil backward. A tubular sand gall bag 51 is attached to a rear edge of the forced feeding pipe 42.
