PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool of an endoscope apparatus including a mechanism for performing bending operation, having a simple structure and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An operation tool of an endoscope apparatus bendingly operating a bending section provided at an insertion body via operation wires 34a and 34b, includes: a wire holding member 52 for regulating a wiring route of wires 34a and 34b a guide surface 56 composed of a projecting columnar surface and a moving piece 54 circumferentially moving along the guide face 56.
