The puff forming part comprises a compression housing for fixing the position of the puff to inject the liquid powder； a hitting member for hitting the puff at a constant pressure to uniformly disperse the liquid powder injected into the puff； and a compression cylinder for providing a predetermined power to lift the hitting member.
