The brainwave-controlled atmosphere adjusting system includes a processing module, a brainwave detection module, an image playback module, a display module, an audio playback module and a speaker. The present invention utilizes the brainwave detection module to detect users brainwave, or the user can actively emit brainwave signals to the brainwave detection module. After analysis and comparison by the processing module, a comparison result is utilized to respectively drive the image playback module and the audio playback module, for playing the most proper image and background music to the user, so as to adjust the environment space to the most proper atmosphere to the user.
