An apparatus to apply antiseptic treatment while providing the benefits of a moisturizer. A method for using the apparatus whereby the antiseptic treatment is applied to a body orifice via a squeeze tube, a twist up stick tube or by using a finger to retrieve the antiseptic treatment from a small jar with a twist-off top to help provide a protectant that reduces a bodys intake of harmful microbes.
