A compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, having a structure of: Formula I wherein X is, or R1, R1a R2, R2a, R4, R20 and R21 are each independently hydrogen, halo, or an optionally substituted alkyl R3 is -N(R5)(R10), wherein R5 and R10 are each independently H or an -Ν-O•, -N-OH or -N=O containing group, provided at least one of R5 is an -Ν-O•, -N-OH or -N=O containing group and R is -C(O)-R6, -C(O)O-R6, or -P(O)-(R6)2, wherein R6 is an optionally substituted alkyl or an -Ν-O•, -N-OH or -N=O containing group, provided that if only one of R5 or R10 is an -Ν-O•, -N-OH or -N=O containing group then R6 is an optionally substituted alkyl or an -Ν-O•, -N-OH or -N=O containing group.La présente invention concerne un composé, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier, ayant une structure selon la formule I dans laquelle X est, ou R1, R1a R2, R2a, R4, R20 et R21 sont chacun indépendamment un hydrogène, un halogéno ou un alkyle éventuellement substitué R3 est -N(R5)(R10), dans lequel R5 et R10 sont chacun indépendamment un H ou un groupe contenant -Ν-O•, -N-OH ou -N=O, à condition quau moins lun de R5 soit un groupe contenant un -Ν-O•, -N-OH ou -N=O et R est -C(O)-R6, -C(O)O-R6 ou -P(O)-(R6)2, dans lequel R6 est un alkyle éventuellement substitué ou un groupe contenant un -Ν-O•, -N-OH ou -N=O à condition que si seulement lun de R5 ou R10 est un groupe contenant un -Ν-O•, -N-OH ou -N=O alors R6 soit un alkyle éventuellement substitué ou un groupe contenant un -Ν-O•, -N-OH ou -N=O.
