A skin disinfectant applicator includes a housing and an inner tube mating with the housing. The distal end of the housing is provided with a liquid outlet and a wipe end. An open distal end of the inner tube is connected to an inner tube cap, and the inner tube and the inner tube cap form a closed chamber for containing disinfectant fluids.
