PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food having Agaricus Blazei Murrill as the raw material, and a function industrially helpfully usable by developing a production method for efficiently extracting components with high antitumor activity contained in Agaricus Blazei Murrill.SOLUTION: This method for efficiently extracting components with high antitumor activity from Agaricus Blazei Murrill includes extracting by adding peptidase/protease to Agaricus Blazei Murrill, and enzyme-treating the product.
