FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for assessing the severity of injuries in road accidents in the pre-hospital period at the stage of the admission-diagnostic department of the hospital period. Clinical and instrumental indices of the three systems are evaluated. CNS is the Glasgow scale. Cardiovascular system – color of skin, skin moisture content, heart rate (HR), arterial pressure, central venous pressure, shock index. Respiratory system – frequency of respiratory movements (FRM), blood saturation, fraction of oxygen in the inhaled mixture. Additionally, mean arterial pressure, ECG changes: supraventricular and ventricular extrasystole, presence of signs of myocardial ischemia, manifested by depression of ST segment and appearance of negative T wave, and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in exhaled air (PetCO2). Each indicator is assigned a score. Then points are summed up. If the total score is 0–6, no traumatic shock is stated. Centralization shock corresponds to 7–19 points.
