The invention relates to manual therapy, in particular to treatment of the spinal column, as well as to prevention and rehabilitation. The technical result is increased effectiveness of the procedure. The present method consists in determining and marking, prior to a procedure, massage points in the paravertebral zone, which are located in the region of the problem vertebrae. The patient takes a position on the massage table, and a massage pin is placed on the marked points with pressure right up to the point of the onset of pain. During the procedure, the patient moves his legs at a rate of 20-40 repetitions per minute. The duration of a session is 5-10 minutes, and the number of sessions is 10-25 with repetition of the course every 6 months. The method is aimed at improving patient health by means of prevention and rehabilitation. The device comprises a base on which a frame is mounted. The massage table for accommodating the patient is movably mounted relative to the base and is put in screw-and-nut motion by means of a flywheel. The frame is equipped with a fixed massage pin. The invention makes the procedure accessible to a population without going to a manual therapist.Linvention concerne un thérapie manuelle, notamment le traitement de la colonne vertébrale, ainsi que la prévention et la rémission. Le résultat technique consiste en une meilleure efficacité de la procédure. Le procédé consiste, avant la procédure, à déterminer et localiser les points de massage dans la zone paravertébrale se situant dans la région des vertèbres posant problème. Le patient est placé sur une table de massage, on place sur les points désignés une tige de massage en appuyant jusquà atteindre un niveau où apparaît une sensation de douleur. Pendant la procédure, le patient effectue des mouvements avec les jambes à un rythme de 20-40 oscillations par minute. La longueur de la séance varie de 5 à 10 minutes, et le nombre de séances de 10 à 25 en répétant le traitement pendant 6 mois.
