The present invention relates to a novel pyrazinone indolinone derivative and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel pyrazinone indolinone compound for a target treatment agent for treating triple negative breast cancer obtained through a cyclization reaction, a substitution reaction of a benzyl group, and an amidation reaction using peptide-coupling and Mitsunobu reactions and a preparation method thereof.
