The present invention provides a ceramic temperature control structure, which is consisted of a thermo-preserving device and a fluid heating device, in which the fluid heating device is consisted of a heating device and a cover. The heating device and the cover are separately installed with a number of dividing ribs. The heating device is further installed with a number of ceramic heating sheets. Since the ceramic heating sheets are located between the dividing ribs separately installed on the heating device and the cover, water stream can be heated rapidly. The meander waterway formed by the dividing ribs can increase the heating time of water stream. Then, a water pump is used to deliver the un-heated water from a second water inlet into the fluid heating device, and subsequently to the thermo-preserving device. At this time, the ceramic heating sheets in the thermo-preserving device are used for maintaining the temperature.
