PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign material removing device capable of efficiently removing foreign materials such as a clot present in a biological tube such as a blood vessel while reducing leakage of body fluid such as blood.SOLUTION: A foreign material removing device 1C includes a long body 10C, a rotatable rotor 20C disposed on the tip side of the long body 10C, and a foreign material capturing member 30C that is constituted by including a cylindrical body. The rotor 20C includes a first opening 21C provided on the surface, a second opening 22C provided on the surface at a position farther away from the central axis than the first opening 21C, and a flow channel 23C.
