PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of easily and stably holding an object (an abutment for fixing an artificial tooth in particular).SOLUTION: A holder 1 includes: a pair of handle parts 2 and 3 whose proximal ends are connected to each other and distal ends are separated from each other and a pair of grip parts 4 and 5 provided on the distal ends of each of the pair of handle parts 2 and 3.
