PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biogenic substance measurement device that enables a sensor to be more easily attached/detached to/and from a measurement device body.SOLUTION: A biogenic substance measurement device comprises: a sensor 12 that outputs an electric signal corresponding to a component in a fluid flowing into an inside of the sensor and containing a biogenic substance, and has an electrode part having an inflow outlet of a fluid and one or more sensor side electrodes disposed a base part 50 that supports the sensor 12 in a reference posture where the electrode part is present at a lower position than the inflow outlet and a terminal 14 that is disposed between the base part 50 and the sensor 12, has one or more body side electrodes provided, and to which the sensor 12 is connected in a state where the sensor side electrode and the main body side electrode are in contact with each other.
