PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation method effectively utilizing near-infrared light reflected by a reflection sheet.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation method comprises arranging a reflection sheet 10 having visible light reflectivity and near infrared light reflectivity between a plant 20 to be cultivated in a house 40 utilizing sunlight and a water-seal thermal insulation material 30 on a floor surface in the house, and cultivating the plant.
