A sesame-containing liquid seasoning which comprises a straight chain alkane thiol and at least one kind of dimethylpyrazine selected from 2,5-dimethylpyrazine and 2,6-dimethylpyrazine, wherein, when the aroma components of the liquid seasoning are measured by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatographic mass spectrometry, the ratio of the peak area of the straight chain alkane thiol to the peak area of the dimethylpyrazine is 0.05 or higher and lower than 1.0.
