The present invention relates to an electronic float system, comprising: a tube having a battery mount at the bottom, and a lamp mount at the center； a battery built inside the battery mount； an LED lamp built inside the LED lamp mount； an anode built inside the battery mount to be closely arranged to the anode of the battery, while being electrically connected to the anode of the LED lamp； a cathode built inside the inner circumference of the battery mount to be electrically connected to the outer circumference of the battery while being electrically connected to the cathode of the LED lamp； and optical fibers built inside the tube to be closely arranged to the top surface of the LED lamp. Thereby, forming a chamber at the bottom of the float to neutralize the influence on the buoyancy of the float.
