Проводят нормализацию внутриглазного давления путем инстилляций b-адреноблокаторов и/или ингибиторов карбоангидразы. Выполняют селективную лазерную трабекулопластику. На следующий день после лазерного воздействия пациенту выполняют факоэмульсификацию катаракты с имплантацией интраокулярной линзы.
